ONE YEAR

I’m going to make this short and sweet. Well, maybe not sweet, just a tad bit bitter. I really want to thank every single one of you that have supported New Genre. Whether you were around for the launch or you just found out about it today, it really means a lot. Being one guy running a clothing line, being a full time student, and working isn’t all that easy. Okay, maybe I am exaggerating, but you get the point.

It was pretty much trial and error last year for me when I first launched New Genre, but a lot of you have seen a horrifically planned out idea turn into something simply awesome. I am glad to have someone like you following me and supporting me each step of the way!

Releasing new merchandise doesn’t always go as planned. There have been major shipping delays, lost items, etc, but you have all helped me build this clothing line into what it is today- a clothing line revolving around you, the supporter.

So, to thank you guys AND to give you guys a sneak peek at what is to come, I am launching a very limited deal that lasts for the rest of the day along with a look at what may be the very first of many band collaboration tees! The second phase of the New Genre “Re-Hash” Collection is going up for pre-order on April 23rd! The launch of these two new tees will launch at the same price as their counterparts: a cool $12.99.

Leagues was a favorite that really never saw the light of day last year even after a slew of 9 new tees had launched. This tee creates a more college-like approach, similar to a typical sports shirt with the same colorway of a heather grey backdrop.

Tongues is a brand new contender for the clothing line. The saying comes from the Latin phrase, ”AUDE VIDE TACE. “

There have always been two kinds of people that support and back New Genre: the consumer and the supporter. However, you fall on the supporter spectrum. See, underground clothing lines fail to realize that while you may be supporting them; you are but a tiny person that affects the company as a whole. I see you the other way around. You are clothing line and I am the one that provides you with everything that you are wanting out of it.

The first phase of the New Genre “Re-Hash” Collection is up for pre-order NOW! Out of the 7 tees to launch this May, the first two tees, Laws and Transitions, have been designated as the first two for public release.

Transitions was a fan favorite last year upon the first launch of New Genre and it’s coming back in the same color way! Whether you ordered it last year or you will be ordering it for the first time, this tee sold out quick last year so, make sure to pre-order yours so your size will not run out!

Laws is a brand new tee voted on by fans like you through the Facebook page. This new tee has sparked an introduction of new organizations that had never once made their way into the design style of New Genre. As with every tee, this one aligns itself with the Ordo Templi Orientis while Transitions aligns with the Freemasons and their imagery.
